Speaker: Greg L. Armstrong, Chairman and CEO, Plains All American Pipeline, L.P.
Greg L. Armstrong is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Plains All American GP LLC, the general partner and controlling entity of Plains All American Pipeline, L.P., a master limited partnership listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “PAA”. PAA is one of the largest crude oil and energy transportation companies in North America, having an enterprise value of approximately $9 billion and handling over three million barrels per day of physical product through its pipeline, gathering, trucking and terminalling assets. In 2008, PAA was ranked 79 in the Fortune 500. In 2009, and each of the preceding five years, Fortune magazine named Plains All American one of America’s Most Admired Companies.
Mr. Armstrong has been with PAA and its predecessors since 1981. From 1992 to May 2001, Mr. Armstrong served as President and CEO of Plains Resources and has served continuously as Chairman and CEO of Plains All American Pipeline since its IPO in 1998.
Mr. Armstrong has a BS degree in accounting and management from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and is a CPA. |
| He is a member of National Oilwell Varco Inc.’s Board of Directors, the Advisory Board of Cox School’s Maguire Energy Institute at Southern Methodist University, the National Petroleum Council and the Board of Trustees of The Council on Alcohol and Drugs Houston.
